The Quality Engineer will drive the quality assurance activities in the manufacturing plant.
The Quality Engineer will work closely with all functional groups within the plant to design and implement quality assurance programs and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Management on quality planning (both short term and long term) supporting diagnosis of quality problems (both internal and external), corrective and preventive action programs and continuous improvement programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with developers and support personnel to identify and correct defects; interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
In this role, you will work directly on quality projects with customers quality teams by reconciling customer requirements with our internal process capabilities; utilizing data to drive decisions and problem solving.

In this role, you will develop and enables entire software team to develop automated scripts based on features of specific applications, their performance and scalability using a flexible framework extensible to the development team.
The primary activities of this role will include the implementation of process controls to obtain Nadcap certification for the coatings department, provide QE oversight for the Overhaul & Repair department, and implementation of ZDP (Zero Defect Plan) actions.
The Quality Engineer will lead and facilitate the implementation of site specific quality initiatives and their continual improvement. Responsible for the site quality engineering activities and lead, coach, and facilitate problem solving, analysis of data and continual improvement activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for assigned project. ITP shall be project specific based on template and project requirements. ITP will be reviewed with customer to include their hold and witness inspections.
Quality Engineer I is responsible for planning, initiating, and coordinating activities concerned with the application, development and maintenance of quality tasks in support of the Quality Management System ( QMS ) and the reliability and continuous improvement of product and processes.
