In this role, you will provide support for the Legal Department and its work with the companys Board of Directors and Board Committees, including the preparation of resolutions/minutes/consents, record keeping and communications using our online Board portal as necessary.
The paralegal will work with the attorneys and support them in handling commercial real estate closings from beginning to end, including ordering, reviewing and clearing title, preparing closing statements and documents, and handling closings and post-closing work.

The IP Specialist will work with the attorneys and be responsible for trademark docket matters in the group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Intellectual Property (IP) docketing experience and a strong working knowledge of domestic and international patent and trademark processes.

The Corporate Paralegal will primarily support two attorneys across two business units, in areas including corporate compliance, contracts administration, acquisitions, and vendor management and will also provide general support to the family of businesses in this large international holding company.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and organize requests for discovery in litigation matters; assist attorneys in case preparation and fact finding; monitor outside counsel attorneys retained for matters to ensure appropriate information is provided.
