In this role, you will act as point person on all Bolthouse Farms field sales and merchandising responsibilities within an assigned territory; efficiently plan and execute projects within territory according to company objectives.
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for sales and general merchandising duties at store and divisional level in their respective territory. This role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, relationship building, and in-store servicing. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing merchandising strategy and implementing online product presentation, ensuring items are merchandised in the best possible product groupings with the best possible attribute data and initiating the development any product related content.
