The marketing operations data analyst is responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting on marketing account and contact data records, along with quality assurance. This role is tactically focused on assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the Marketing Automation Platform ( MAP) and sales force automation (SFA) system.
In this role, you will work closely with other team members and Marketing Executives Oversee various marketing aspects to include: promotion planning and execution, calendar planning, branding, and marketing research.
The purpose of this department is to support Regional Marketing in developing, managing and delivering effective marketing programs that increase household acquisition, cross-sell, retention and profitability.
Perform sales and marketing activities to exceed sell through forecast while maintaining positive customer relations; support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, testing and execution of marketing emails and custom landing pages, using a marketing automation platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ClickDimensions.
Prepares and facilitates snail mailings including list preparation. Prepares communications when requested to distribute content. Coordinates and executes timely distribution of content through various channels and on schedule with campaign or launch plan.
The Marketing Supervisor will report directly to the Production Operations Manager (POM), Brand Content Team, and will support the POM with all development and execution of omni-channel consumer marketing campaigns aligned to the US National Marketing Calendar.
