As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for support and management of their information systems, specifically LANDESK Management Suite (LDMS). This position is joining a fun and collaborative team.
Support and maintain the 3 Archer platform environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) through access provisioning, application version upgrades, maintain authoritative source content, application production support, datafeed support, workspace/iView creation.
Develop and implement systems administration operational processes, procedures, and associated documentation. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to standards, methodologies and policies, enabling the productivity and effectiveness of employees, clients and vendor partners.
Emphasizes proactive system monitoring and maintenance; makes recommendations and implements upgrades as necessary; provides accurate diagnosis and implements timely resolutions for infrastructure system problems.
The Kronos System Administrator will serve as a technical SME of the Kronos environment. This position is primarily responsible for the technical implementation and on-going support of the Kronos Time Management system. This includes system administration, application support, technical support, integration and data governance.
This position will be providing support for State of Iowa agencies and departments as they seek solutions within the Google Apps for Government product set. As the State moves to Google agencies are looking for recommendations to solve problems either as a cause of the migration, or to fill future needs.
