As a Corporate Paralegal you will work with attorneys in the coordination of all phases of a companys lifecycle (from formation to public company reporting) and transactions (from inception through closing).
The paralegal will work with the attorneys and support them in handling commercial real estate closings from beginning to end, including ordering, reviewing and clearing title, preparing closing statements and documents, and handling closings and post-closing work.
In this role, you will have experience in tracking and entering time into billing system; drafting purchase and sales agreements, deeds, title commitments and policies, and related documents under attorney supervision.
This position maintains and processes case information, performs ECF filings, creates electronic files, and prepares and processes correspondence, memoranda, notices, subpoenas and complex legal documents.
The paralegal will assists the IP attorney in the management of the companys domestic and international trademark portfolio and conduct legal research and special projects in support of Corporate Legal (Intellectual Property).

In this role, you will maintain electronic and paper files, coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements -Enter, proofread and finalize time, prepare and complete expense reports and reimbursements.
