In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a territory comprised of 60-80 direct customers with annual sales of $35 million across multiple industries such as Chemicals, Food/Beverage, and General Manufacturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the region team and the local market development and sale of industrial automation products, including Servo, AC Drives, HMI, PLC, Power Supplies, and Temperature Controllers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of national industrial account specific business plans, achieving profitability and sales targets, serving as the primary account contact, providing account leadership, and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with internal departments relative to customer successes, customer failures, new customer developments and other customer specific information.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth in the entire Region, working closely with current and potential customers in the industrial market, related engineering firms as well as strategic partners.
