The human resource generalist is responsible for assisting the personnel function within the company including the administration of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, training, interviewing, special projects, etc.
In this role, you will provide a superior level of service to our clients employees and internal business partners. The selected candidate will also consult with HR Consultants, payroll teams, and managers as needed.
In this role, you will work across international boundaries to represent human resources and coordinate human resources responsibilities. The selected candidate will support the Human Resources department to management and employees on employee relations, performance and HR laws.
This role will partner with the HR Team in completing tasks including assisting with Employee Relations, Team Member Communications, Training, Talent Management, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Grievance Administration.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and approves all disciplinary actions to ensure consistency, proper documentation, and due process. Provides first line support for all employees' inquiries.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide support in a variety of HR functional areas which may include legal compliance, new hire processing, talent acquisition and performance management, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and risk management.
The HR Generalist will work with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements and the dynamics of labor markets for a given position/location; will source, qualify, and interview candidates to efficiently and effectively fill open positions; and will conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
In this role, you will support all facet of HR including benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy development and implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies; manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
