The HRIS Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the Workday system for HRIS/Payroll/Benefits/Recruiting user needs and works with IT to ensure appropriate resources are deployed for projects.
Work closely with internal client groups on employee performance management, quarterly & annual performance assessments, and coaching managers on the development and performance improvement process for employees, and using sound judgment in decision-making and while formulating recommendations.
The HRBP will partner with legal and compliance to coordinate the implementation of all employee-related services, policies, and programs, while assisting and advising their business leaders about Human Resources matters.
Communicates True Value policy on a variety of associate matters. Scopes and manages interventions and engagement initiatives. Helps managers address performance issues effectively. Coaches managers in necessary skills and develops improvement plans. Assists with conflict resolution.
Builds reports and reporting dashboards in Oracle Business Intelligence (for Taleo and general HR Data) application to satisfy report requests, thoroughly testing and validating results against data and customer requirements.
Designs, develops, and implements the human resources strategic plan through the understanding of the business units Division business goals and objectives, operating environment, culture, opportunities and constraint.
Participate in the performance management processes including development and cascading of goals, annual performance reviews, addressing underperformance, recognition and merit process based on our pay for performance philosophy.
