The primary role of the Operations Analyst is to lead and support the operations finance function ensuring controls and standard practices are in place at manufacturing facilities related to the business unit.
In this role, you will support the coordination, planning and execution of the annual IT budget and IT financial management processes; maintain IT asset data base and report on asset values, depreciation, and forecast.
In this role, you will work cross functionally with FinOps, Sox, Compliance, and Product teams to constantly refine and optimize controls including looking for ways to make them automated and preventative.
This position is responsible for reporting for the Company and its Franchisees. We currently have openings available in teams that support the Capital planning and projections process, Financial planning and analysis for the US business and for our Company owned restaurants and economic policy/initiative support.
The selected candidate will facilitate the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for revenue and expenses, including a detailed review of the assumptions and calculations. He / she will review and understand shopping center financial operations, including impact of tenant sales, occupancy costs and health ratios.
