As a field service engineer, you will work at a variety of labs, so having a solid understanding of companys portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables, is key.
This position is in the Back Office Operational Support Team (BOOST) within ICS; supporting a variety of applications used by the risk, research/support operations, and fraud/dispute management areas of the payments
Manage the System Assessment process. This includes the onsite interviews, RMM tool configuration and deployment on the client network, physical review and documentation of the IT assets. Once the field work is done the Engineer then must analyze the data collected and produce a detailed technical document that outlines the client network with our technical recommendations.
Manage the production instances of business applications for West Monroe Partners, including internally-developed applications on the Microsoft stack (SQL, Windows, IIS) and cloud SaaS services (e.g. Salesforce, Office365, Concur, Power BI).
The developer will provide their development expertise within his/her portfolio of products and be the point of contact for specific applications. Furthermore, this position is responsible for working with the leads to develop the technical design by fully understanding the technical details, integration, and functions of multiple applications across their development team.
