In this role, you will manages the development and implementation of retention strategies, employment processes, and anticipates workforce employment related needs related to SAFEty Initiatives. As directed, the Manager of SAFEty Employee Engagement & Retention will analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
