The Director of Corporate Accounting is a crucial position within the Finance Team; responsible for overseeing the General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Services (Accounts Payable, Cash Application, and Billing) for a $2.4 billion division of a publicly traded parent company.
Managing full sales process lifecycle, including identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, understanding account requirements, conveying and demonstrating product capabilities, facilitating and owning deep dive product capability Q&A sessions, managing objections, and negotiating contracts.
Be responsible to ensure products and process meet and exceed expectations for all related regulations and customer and consumer standards; review quality programs at manufacturers and vendors to ensure finished product meets and exceeds quality standards.
Manage all aspects of relationships with Corporate, Division and Regional Sales, Sales Engineering, Tech Ops, Construction, Market Development, and Order Management teams and ensures employees are meeting customer needs.
Integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes; Be competent in microeconomics, finance, VOC, research and analysis and basic marketing toolkit [market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing].
Anticipate the needs of residents and families, going "above and beyond" routinely to provide a comfortable environment, home atmosphere and outstanding experience; serve as the point person for the community.
Develop and leverage existing relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, direct marketing, and/or other business or social outings.
Interact with and coordinates appropriate scientific and medical activities with internal stakeholders (i.e. commercial, clinical operations, discovery, statistics, regulatory, etc) as they relate to on-going medical affairs projects.
Work across internal departments in the enhancement of processes and outcomes, manage the forecasting models for enrollment and call centers, oversee internal call centers, develop and maintain in-field monitoring program.
In this role, you will provides strategic leadership of short- and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the companys mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and/or create organizational structure within the assigned business unit.
Define the work scope of all people allocated to the program. Manage the budget of the entire program. Initiate corrective actions when parts of the program are falling behind schedule, overspending the budget or not meeting the key specifications
Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of managements budget, prepare and/or analyze carve-out financial statements, etc.
