In this role, you will effectively monitor and ensure the accuracy of the processes and procedures from the Residential Lending Division. Act as a liaison with the necessary departments to review and when applicable correct all edits/exceptions noted.
In this role, you will e responsible for conducting investigations of internal employee discrimination and harassment complaints as well as injury retaliation / harassment and safety whistleblower ( FRSA ) complaints filed by employees.
In this role, you will develop and deliver regularly scheduled written/oral reports on both qualitative and quantitative aspects of program transactional quality, data trends, key challenges, and publisher rehabilitation efforts to advertiser clients, account managers and account directors.
In this role, you will provide regulatory advice and guidance to the operational product teams (i.e., US and Global colleagues) with respect to regulatory programs to ensure they meet FDA requirements and guidance's as well as international regulatory requirements/strategy.
