In this role, you will assist in the assessment of risk oversight processes within the lines of business, and where appropriate, support the development of new and/or enhanced control mechanisms, working closely with front line management and staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and assist with enhancing, facilitating and validating the companys comprehensive Information Systems, Technology and, Regulatory Compliance Management processes applicable across the organization in order to fully satisfy legal, regulatory, contractual and applicable industry standards requirements and ensuring that these programs conform to company corporate governance standards.
In this role, you will manage the compliance team in its efforts to meet all program directives and deadlines. Direct the efforts of additional staff that may be hired to support enterprise risk and compliance programs.
The Compliance and Regulatory Manager has the responsibility of planning, implementing and maintaining: Mondelēz Quality Management Systems, Food safety program (HACCP), Food Safety Management System (FSSC22000), Pre-requisites Programs, assure compliance with the FDA Food Law, bear to the areas of production, planning and logistics, procurement and R&D to strengthen the requirements of the plant.
