Drives overall risk return management efforts across AF by leveraging credibility as an expert in regulatory compliance risk management knowledge and through strong relationships to collaborate with operational and insurance risk leadership.
This role will be one of the champions of continuous improvements to the global shipping processes: Driving efficiencies using automation, increasing compliance, providing visibility through the use of metrics, and documenting processes.
Work with the global Process Leads in designing, maintaining and continuously improving the global standard set of risks and Internal Controls for the company; liaise with KPMG for impacts across all areas of responsibility on ICOFR audits.
