The Payroll/Compliance/Benefits Manager will assist the Director of Payroll and Benefits with oversight and management of our central payroll, associate benefits, and compliance functions for thier Dealerships, Retail Stores, and Professional services companies.
In this role, you will serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons.
In this role, you will be responsible to
manage the planning, implementation, day-to-day administration and communication of compensation (u.S.) programs to ensure alignment with company and hr strategy, and compliance with applicable u.S. And state governmental regulations.
In this role, you will manage and administer various compensation programs, policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to ensure the company's compensation programs enhance the company's ability to recruit and retain employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the individual's enrollment into the programs, and then monitors his/her progress, in an effort to maximize cost containment and minimize time away from work.
