The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating the administration, execution and analysis of a broad range of employee compensation and benefit plans and programs. This positions primary responsibility is to provide benefits and compensation support to the employees of Plexus directly or indirectly through HR partners.
In this role, you will participate in the implementation, communication, and administration of either the annual or long term incentive plan for all eligible employees. The selected candidate will be responsible for the completion of executive compensation surveys.
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst ensures that the GHSP US compensation system results in achievement of the company's compensation philosophy and objectives. Additionally, this role assists with benefit administration, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and provider requirements.
The Benefits Analyst will administer various employee benefit plans and programs; analyze various benefits, conduct research and provide appropriate recommendations to facilitate changes and enhancements to benefits plans and programs.
In this role, you will enter new hire data and non-employee data into HRIS, partnering with Recruitment Coordinator to ensure file documentation is complete and timely, accurate data entry occurs. Record completed on-boarding steps in Red Carpet.
In this role, you will assist with global mobility of associates as necessary with preparation of localization agreements, secondment agreements, short- and long-term assignments. Work with 3rd party vendors (CapRelo, Deloitte, PWC, AIRINC, Mercer, VisaNow) to facilitate timely and compliant movement across borders.
