In this role, you will establishes a member-centric care plan, in collaboration with member, parents/caregivers, key providers and stakeholders and shall obtain signatures when appropriate/deemed necessary by program standards.
This position is responsible for the monitoring of the global adverse event email box which includes triage of incoming initial and follow up source documents for adverse event case reports. The position also requires the review of other non-case emails and forwarding them to the correct individual/team for action.
In this role, you will coordinate and maintain staff and provider readiness of regulatory processes, overseeing staff development and education and quality improvement initiatives; staff evaluation, clerical and clinical staff scheduling; and working with the Clinic Manager to conduct regular staff meetings for the purpose of education, information sharing, and problem solving activities.
The Outpatient Clinical Coordinator / Clinician is responsible for service provision of the Outpatient Program. These services include individual, family and group therapy as clinically indicated, assessing the overall clinical needs of the patient utilizing specialized knowledge and skills, participating in interdisciplinary treatment team planning, and anticipating the outcomes of clinical interventions.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care consistent with the job description of the RCP II or III, including both invasive and non-invasive respiratory care procedures and treatments.
