This role requires a tenacious yet collaborative leadership approach to develop and drive strategic and tactical initiatives across all aspects of the organization in order to grow both the bottom and the top line.
Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with good people and management skills; experience in sales and marketing is a plus but not a requirement. No woodworking or manufacturing experience is necessary.
The CEO ensures ongoing programmatic excellence, program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
Oversee an organizational structure which ensures that programmatic objectives are aligned with the mission and are supported by finances, facilities, internal and external communication initiatives, and/or mutually beneficial partnerships.
