In this role, the selected candidate will
provide direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in his/her assigned area and to supervise the nursing activities on the assigned units; utilize nursing skills in providing care and therapeutic measures which confirm to current standards of nursing practice and or established nursing procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating options and services across the continuum of care for individuals in assigned case load.
In this position, you will acts as liaison for involved parties in the worker's compensation injury by communicating in person and telephonically with the patient/caregiver, attorneys, employer, claims examiners, telephonic nurse case manager, return to work specialists, vocational rehabilitation supervisor, provider(s), ancillary provider(s) and health care team.
As an RN Telephonic Case Manager for the Kidney Resource Services program, you will be responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care from assessing and planning to implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating.
As a RN Case Manager, your ability to manage client care with specific knowledge and experience in bedside care, symptom management, crisis intervention and family intervention are feature assets for this high-profile nursing position.
