The Global Payroll & Benefits Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits. This role will work cross-functionally and is expected to effectively build, lead and manage the team, consisting of a staff of two managing both Payroll (via ADP systems). The incumbent will also manage 3 global payroll specialists.
In this role, the selected candidate will continually update sites as requirements change each year or as often as needed (this includes benefit class matrix, requirements document, rates, permissions, field options, site text and any open items on questions log).

The Benefits Operations Administrator (BOA) role is responsible for resolving complex participant issues including conducting research, analyzing plan provisions and translating provisions to the ongoing processing environment. The BOA resolves system edit issues and performs some manual calculations/processes that are not automated.
The Health and Welfare Benefits Manager is responsible for the analysis, implementation, enhancement, implementation and operation of all plans available to ManpowerGroup employees. Also works in collaboration with the Manager of Retirement Plans to ensure seamless processing for new hires, transfers, re-hires, terminations, open enrollment, and in the implementation of plan offerings and/or changes.
