The manager, compensation is responsible for managing organization-wide broad based compensations programs including designing, building, implementing and communication policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the hr strategy and business goals. The manager makes recommendations to ensure the companys compensation programs enhance the companys ability to recruit and retain employees.
Evaluates new products, service offerings, and new internal applications to ensure that information assets are handled in accordance with laws, regulations and organizations information security policies.
Manage and facilitate the effort to organize, approve and prioritize projects. This requires assisting the project requestors with the creation of initial project documents and interaction with the technical team to obtain high-level estimates.
Correctly involve sales, product, credentialing, account management, account setup, customer education, operations and technology as needed; work effectively within set-up processes or work to improve and change processes; keep leadership informed and escalate appropriately.
Lead organization design initiatives, fostering the development of organizational capabilities appropriate organizational structures, architecture and support systems needed to support the execution of the business strategy.
Monitor the relationship between Vendors and their associates to ensure strong hiring and nurturing practices and conduct annual resident surveys to measure resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
