This senior leadership role will report directly to the Chief People Officer of the organization and will manage a team of 10+ individuals. This is a Human Resources professional that excels in employee relations and talent management.
In this role, the selected candidate needs to be an extremely bright, dynamic and successful sales and business development professional who can open new accounts, close business and build trusted relationships with clients for long term repeat business.
Read and study bid package documents to ensure company compliance and insure that all bids are prepared in a manner consistent with those documents, i.e. instructions to bidders, scope narratives, plans, specifications, etc.
Lead due diligence on deals from start to finish, including initial fund meeting, review of performance, attribution analysis, financial review, creation of detailed valuation models, sensitivity analyses, investment returns and exit projections, reference calls and assessment of both absolute and relative performance versus industry peers.
Conduct one-on-one meetings and influence the decision makers to take action; entrepreneurial Marketing approach utilized by prospecting for leads, generating referrals, networking, and development of Go Forward plans.
Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey: Identify places in the customer journey where customers disengage, then develop strategies to pre-emptively identify, win back and retain those customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will design and recommend multi-channel sales programs (e-commerce, marketplace & brick & mortar); establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Conceive and proactively pitch stories and secure placement in print press, broadcast and digital media about UCIs media portfolio, executives and programming consistent with desired image and strategy for the respective assets.
Develop basic account territory plans that include detailed account insight, competitive knowledge, organizational structure, top account information, total solution selling and future opportunities and/or threats.
In this role, you will proactively identify revenue-generating and/or cost-cutting opportunities as well as opportunities to help Inktel consistently provide world-class customer service to its clients.
