In this role, you will communicate with schools, non-profit organizations, and youth athletic teams while developing long-lasting relationships as you work together, one-on-one, to achieve their goals.
Build and develop professional relationships with key customer decision-makers, to include (but not limited to), Hospital Pharmacy, Heart Failure Clinical and Quality Directors (inpatient and outpatient), hospital finance decision makers in assigned accounts within assigned accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead development of customer presentations including clinical, operations, and financial positioning and benefits. Attend customer presentations to resolve customer objections or answer questions regarding product and configuration. If requested, provide technical expertise in customer feedback loop.
The Sales Execution Specialist (SES) is responsible for facilitating the development and ongoing sustainment of the sales execution strategy for the market, championing the wholesale value proposition with emphasis on sales execution, adoption and optimization of sales resources & tools, and providing actionable business insights.
Responsible for routinely meeting with appropriate cardiology leaders in appropriate customer preferred setting. These cardiology leaders would be Cardiologists, Nephrologists, P&T committee members, etc., that act as stakeholders or decision-makers within the Account Specialists assigned accounts.
Act as a liaison between Sales and sales operations, billing, customer data administration, service administration, credit management, product and pricing, human resources, as well as the corporate services group.
