Manage a successful sales organization through coaching and mentoring to ensure that daily performance metrics are met; Work with managers to increase productivity and uncover new skills that exhibit our products offers.
Coordinate the involvement of various company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and client facility expectations; establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client facilities.
Serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmacuetical, and life sciences market.
Responsible for gaining and applying a deep understating of relevant markets, business models, strategic priorities, future direction, financial drivers and leadership profiles of key customers within Epilepsy Centers of Excellence accounts.
