In this role, you will monitor and support the company's production infrastructure, systems and applications. The selected candidate will identify and verify service impact to customers, and dispatch subject matter experts in support of problem resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain high knowledge of industry level trends/developments while identifying opportunities to adjust the products pricing, enhance operational efficiency and quality of the service.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with vendor representatives and other technology operations teams to coordinate, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve service interruptions as expeditiously as possible.
