In this role, you will working with other senior and junior staff in the Coral Gables office and with other AECOM offices in the development of mechanical engineering calculations and the development of design documents. Applicant shall be capable of independently evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, required for the development of HVAC and Plumbing systems, including heat load calculations, chilled and condenser water piping systems design, equipment.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify and implement process and procedural changes within the Software Development Life Cycle section of the Quality System in order to improve compliance and efficiency.
Entry-level candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline technical team to develop mechanical hardware designs and/or solutions to existing hardware related to Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs).
In this role, you will responsible for meeting firms, engineering quality levels of discipline on assigned projects. The selected candidate will oversee development of design concepts by Designers, and ensure proper application and execution.
The department is responsible for driving significant engineering efficiency improvements through the creation of a common hardware platform ICs and modules to support Motorola Solutions radio product groups. We architect, design, and deliver to production custom mixed signal ICs for internal use.
The design engineer will be involved in all aspects of the design and execution of engineering standard work.
The design engineer will also coordinate with supporting disciplines such as Aerodynamics, Heat Transfer & Secondary Flow, Structures, Engineering Dynamics & Loads, and Manufacturing.
In this role you will drive innovative products design and execution from concept investigation and design analysis to successful production execution; provide design simulation, calculations, and analytical models for prediction of design concept.
In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting mechanical hardware design, hydraulics system design, thermal analysis, structural and vibration analysis, prototype testing, drawing package generation, development test planning and support, hardware build and issue analysis, and other mechanical engineering related activities. \
