In this role, you will be responsible for
maintaining the integrity of all information required by the IT Service Desk. This includes knowledge required for real-time resolution of incidents (Knowledge Base) as well as knowledge required for training Service Desk agents in their technical and business environment.
In this position, you will provide IT staff with advice on security architecture objectives and components. Represents Information Security on project teams to ensure compliance with policy and architectural objectives. Escalates non - compliance to senior team members for resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with technical teams to design solutions, circle back with stakeholders, end users, talk with leadership, reach out to other groups that have a stake, consult outside experts.
The QA Analyst will be responsible to ensure products delivered meet customer requirements and expectations as outlined in User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. This role will work collaboratively within the Operations Team and overall Scrum Team to successfully execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.
