In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with institutions, functional business areas, global and regional procurement teams, and procurement operations to research and analyze information to support category management and sourcing at all levels.
Assists in plan design and execution of the wellness program and annual Health Fair to include coordination with vendors/broker and communication of the program to the Team Members as well as BioMetric screening, health assessments, and any other wellness events.
In this role, you will supports effective employee relations programs and initiatives, including work complaints, employee concerns, and individual counseling related to performance issues. Serves as mediator to resolve employee issues and advises management on progressive discipline matters.
The Benefits Manager will work closely with the Sr. Administrator of Benefits & HR Projects to assist Team Members with benefits, maintain HRIS data base, manage all insurance billings and maintain Team Member files.
