Collaborates with managers and leaders on disciplinary issues and performance improvement plans and other difficult employee issues. Supports management with the handling and resolution of employee claims and grievances.
Work with management to define talent management needs to design and implement HR programs and practices e.g., organizational design, workforce development/planning, talent review, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation management, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide coaching and guidance to OpCo leaders and associates regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, dispute resolution, corrective action, leaves of absence, harassment, and terminations.
