The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the maintenance of budget and schedule, and the management and administration of all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, meeting minutes and shop drawing logs. This individual also manages risk, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall team progress against the project plan through consistent communication and collaboration with the owner and project team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct division/branch P&L reviews in order to implement strategic action plans around margin leakage and overall branch performance as well as reduce installation related expenses; develop and execute action plans for underperforming branches.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, attending seminars and local networking events.
In this role, you will coordinate, consolidate and manage data and clinical information requests at the division or local facility level, including uploading or downloading data from internal and external sources.
