In this role, you will be responsible for labor agreement administration in a team environment, including serving as company spokesman in meetings with Labor Representatives to review and respond to cases involving discipline, claim and grievances appeals for single and/or multiple labor agreements, including written and/or verbal advocacy for cases advanced to arbitration.
The HUMAN RESOURCES/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DIRECTOR oversees the human resources and AP functions (recruitment, retention, orientation, training, compensation/benefits, accounts payable, etc.) of the facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
