The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the Sales team, strategically developing new accounts, maintaining excellent rapport with existing accounts and successfully promoting the hotel to the community.
Develops various learning delivery models to engage our operational learners and to continually improve effectiveness of training and development programs and uses technology to enhance and optimize the learning opportunity.
Adhere to and administer company sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner. Frequently meet with each teams and staff to review work assignments.
Serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmacuetical, and life sciences market.
Develops marketing campaign strategies in conjunction with related
departments. Identifies new and current markets with the greatest sales
revenue potential and develops and implements sales marketing programs
that serve these customers. Customizes solutions to include content
creation, consumer sweepstakes, and on-air enhancements.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand; establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
The Director of Sales will direct the sales of assigned region, support and maintain cooperation with existing and new potential customers, as well as open new markets, develop and increase the revenues from the region.
