The Compliance/Quality Control Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and the administration of Quality Control efforts. This includes the establishment of a quality culture in all areas of the organization.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day activities, to include the creation and deployment of required compliance training and communication and awareness events/tactics, administration and oversight of our learning management system, analyzing results from program effectiveness strategies and implementing remediation plans for improvement, and creating, reviewing and maintaining compliance program policies.
In this role, the selected candidate manages a variety of client engagements within FISs Risk, Information Security, and Compliance consulting practice; ensures client satisfaction by delivering value-added services, exceeding expectations, and managing engagements on-time and within budget.
In this role, the selected candidate will apply expert level knowledge while managing creation of communications and research performed by direct reports, across multiple functional areas and in support of multiple product lines.
This role will have responsibility over two Microsoft subsidiaries in the region, leading the in-country rhythms, representing the C&C function and leading compliance awareness within the assigned geographies.
