In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting human resource programs for a large employee plant; Employee Relations, recruiting, employee retention and development, and performance management; Driving cultural transformation and organizational change.
The selected candidate will plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
The HRM also anticipates and addresses talent needs through strategic recruiting, staffing, and training. An individual in this position must also motivate and retain existing talent by anticipating and responding to human resource issues as they arise. The HRM is additionally responsible for developing the leadership skills of Department Managers and Assistant Store Managers and actively coaching the entire store management team.
