In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
The candidate must have an experience supporting supply chain organizations with significant experience working with suppliers (external and internal) in a technical and/or programmatic oversight role.
Coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move - in.
Lead overall store operations and profitability with responsibility for achieving sales, payroll, and operating contribution results. Hire, develop and inspire a top-performing store team who drive the business and exceed customer expectations.
This person will lead, motivate and inspire associates to create a customer-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience; building customer retention, strong relationships, and brand awareness and loyalty.
Responsible to define and introduce Service Level Agreements, Operation level Agreements in consultation with the Group IT; responsible to ensure Customer satisfaction through service Level Management of IT services by monitoring service quality.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production and productivity, driving solutions and implementation of process modifications to enhance quality, improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
