In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the establishment and implementation of quality specifications, testing procedures and standards for production processes, raw materials, and product characteristics.
Lead team to facilitate, and support Management Review, Internal Audits, Complaint Management, CAPA Management, Quality Metrics, Nonconformance Management, Field Actions, Software Validation, Training, Maintaining Certifications and Registrations. Maintain current knowledge of applicable cGMP/QSR, ISO, and other related regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Quality System through the utilization of continuous improvement to facilitate processes and products compliant with industry standards, customer specific requirements, and corporate quality initiatives.
In this role, you will drive a strong quality message through outstanding performance and investigate, determine root cause, initiate permanent corrective action and document customer issues and complaints as they arise.
