The Product/ Process Engineer will analyze and evaluate the structure of various metals. The Product/ Process Engineer will also develop, document and implement new production procedures and protocols for the plant.
In this role, you will develop project scope, cost estimates, project schedules, cost records and technical specification for assigned projects. Track and provide management of project costs, budgets, cash flow and accruals.
In this role, you will work closely with production, development, quality and the engineering department on manufacturing issues and improvement areas. Helps investigate, establish, and implement requirements for specialty tooling, fixtures and methods of inspection to improve throughput and quality.
The Quality Engineer III is responsible for developing the full reliability and inspection plan for all new products. This person evaluates products, manufacturing processes, assembly processes, and supports quality control activities through training, inspection procedure preparation, and technical support.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the improvement and implementation of actions to resolve problems and optimize results in the areas of product quality, yields, energy, operating costs, development & execution of small capital projects and new product introductions.
