The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with internal customers to develop business improvement solutions. The HRBP will demonstrate an understanding of business objectives and translate those objectives into HR priorities.
The Plant HR Manager designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. This includes administering corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa or green card processing, employee relations, training and health and safety programs.
