Provide day-to-day support and counsel to functional location in the areas of employee relations, talent management, compensation, policy interpretation, and employee development. Act as first line resource to managers and employees on human resources issues and partner with them to implement solutions. Work with managers and their teams to assess needs, and develop and implement appropriate plans to increase employee engagement and drive organizational performance.
Provides counseling and resource assistance in the areas of policy, benefits, salary administration, training/development, performance issues; monitor and coordinate all local/state governmental and regulatory compliance activities.
Perform as a strategic partner along with the rest of the plant management team. Act as a liaison between the plant floor management and the Plant Manager with responsibility for all aspects of human resources in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
The Human Resources Manager will serve as an HR business partner supporting 85 employees in a non-union plant and will provide HR services in the areas of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, training, etc.
HR Manager will act as the HR Business Partner to the Plant Manager; the selected incumbent will be responsible for the overall coordination of Human Resources, Safety/Compliance, and Training/Development functions to optimize the use of all resources in meeting and/or exceeding established plant goals.
