Process improvement and production support to Manufacturing Facilities through the company; responsible for improving manufacturing reliability, building employee capability, and creating operational stability.
Provide production support to existing systems; effectively configure / develop functional application programs with adherence to the companies and/or software vendor standards to make them efficient and maintainable.
Apply quantitative and analytical tools such as Plan-For-Every-Part, PQ analysis, Demand Profile, Value Stream Mapping etc. to analyze and solve complex problems in material flow, plant layout, logistics and supply-chain management.
Must have a strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team; ability to sell ones ideas and concepts both to an internal audience and to the potential customer.
Experience in the full application/systems development life cycle, including analysis, requirements definition, design, technical specifications research, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
The Programmer Analyst will work designing, testing, installation and training in the Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft specifically SharePoint. The Programmer Analyst will coordinate with business analyst to understand business requirements and be heavily involved in the project lifecycle.
Must have the ability and desire to see a project through to a successful conclusion which should include our being either awarded the customers packaging business or the retention of the business we already have.
