Oversees a staff of case managers responsible for patient care coordination. Develops and implements case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and managed care contracting or negotiation. Evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards.
In this Management position, you would be responsible for developing and executing custodial solutions to meet customer's healthcare facility needs. You will be responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.
Directs the staff and programs of the cardiology department. Responsible for proposing and developing international tax planning initiatives including global transfer pricing strategies, significant transaction structuring, development of positions and processes for implementation of newly enacted tax laws, etc. together with external tax service providers.
Responsibilities include direction and evaluation of enterprise plans and programs related to succession planning and executive leadership development programs, employee performance management, recognition programs, employee opinion surveys, change management, new employee on-boarding, coaching and mentoring, and training and development curriculum management.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Director of Nursing and the Business Office Manager to assure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions. Recommend admission decisions to facility management. When admissions determinations are made, communicate with nursing and housekeeping about appropriate room and bed selection.
