In this role, you will provides safe, therapeutic care for these patients by use of self, the nursing process, the environment, instrumentation and other health care team members. This position reports to the director perioperative services.
As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN), you educate your patients on how to do their own dialysis from their homes, and you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule-yet your impact on the lives of our patients will be felt every day.
In this role, the selected candidate must have above average mental ability, good physical and mental health with previous experience in a long term care facility; able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
