The director will report to the chief strategy officer and lead and manage strategy and growth activities in medicine, service line support, outreach and referral development, ambulatory services and the system transfer center.
Work with the Chief Mission Integration Officer and the Providence Center for Health Care Ethics to provide leadership in the development of region-wide tools, resources and models for organizational ethics.
The Outpatient Rehab Director ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Outpatient Department. This includes providing direct therapy services to patients, monitoring staff treatment schedules, and managing the financial performance of the Outpatient Department.
The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs for nursing service and other departments, performs clinical tasks and assists in other departments.
The Nurse Director will manage staff members in the Ambulatory Surgery, Surgery and PACU Departments. The DON will consult with staff, physicians and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
Supervise monthly consolidation process. This process includes the managing of all top side adjustments recorded to reflect GAAP financial results and the monthly production of the GAAP financial reporting package including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and various financial metrics.
