The Mechanical Design Engineer II will support the design of implantable leads, catheters, and related accessories; responsible for product design from conception through product retirement; lead the determination of system level objectives and work in cross-functional teams.

In this role, the selected candidate will collaboratively develop and implement E&ES Sales Strategies, and develops local tactics that best position solutions, services, or ideas in terms of how they add value to customer operations, addresses unique needs and preferences of key client decision makers.
This role will be providing assessment of operations risks, including their mitigating control activities. This position will be creating and maintaining various risk assessment programs for all business line products.
In this role, the selected candidate will install, support and maintain network infrastructure hardware in according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, content filtering, load balancers, wireless controllers, and firewalls.
The primary responsibility of the role is to lead team of direct reports in a common direction. Organizing and leading frequent meetings with the direct reports focusing on performance metrics, customer satisfaction, profitability and process compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible to formulates and coordinates interdisciplinary discharge plans for residents. Assures successful transfer of residents both within the center/campus and to outside agencies.
