In this role, the selected candidate will provide Tier 1 and 2 support in a call center environment with the goal of first call resolution; troubleshoot remote hardware problems including network configurations and peripheral set up.
The candidate will work with requestors to find the best solution for their information need. Solutions may include provision of training on in-house or purchased resources, identifying appropriate outsource options, performing searches and creating search reports, or working with project teams to analyze large data sets of patent and other external information.

Support ongoing EDG approaches and guidance materials around core capabilities needed to implement to BL level of data governance capabilities not limited to data quality, common taxonomy, change control, reference data, and master data management, data protection.
The Data, Reporting, and Technical Analyst works closely with the functional owners, other members of the IT function, and vendor / contract resources to ensure that the business applications and related tools meet the business units requirements for data access and reporting within and beyond standard capabilities.
This position is responsible for the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with our external customers production system.
