The Consumer Banking Support Services business line is seeking a talented data detective with business intelligence and analytical experience to help identify opportunities to improve business processes and create competitive advantages for our organization.
Understand current disconnects and alignment issues with Community branches and the wealth teams. Monitor and coordinate current incentive plan conflicts including cost centers, branch revenue and new sales. Provide additional education and guidelines to eliminate conflicts with client ownership. Provide robust tracking and reporting on household penetration rate of both bank and investment management clients.
Accountable for project communications, milestone tracking, resource planning, financials, risk assessment and contingency planning and escalation and resolution of critical issues to project sponsor/owners.
The Program Manager is responsible to build strong client relationships with assigned client program owners, capture specifc program objectives, develop prescriptive plans to achieve program requirements, mobilize & work with the operations team to fulfill projects and communicate results / status with client program owners.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan.
Manages routine engineering projects or phase(s) of a large project / program. Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Responsible for the overall scope, schedule, and cost management of the project. Ensures that customer and company quality requirements are satisfied. Responsible to effectively define the role and function of each team member, and to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Provides leadership to project team.
Coordinate efforts of cross-functional project team including assigned resources form functional areas as needed to meet project objectives; establish project plans by determining time frame, funding and staffing, and approving project schedules.
