The IT Risk Management Process Consultant Sr is responsible for execution of risk analyses and information security evaluation across multiple domains and processes to support organizational objectives for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate and personally sensitive information.
Use extensive leadership, research, listening, questioning, and clarifying skills to take highly complex information and create solutions that are relevant to the sales audience and meet the identified needs.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering large client engagements and serving as strategic advisor to clients related to Pharmacy design and management. Youll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Pharmacy practice and Health and Group Benefits business.
The successful candidate will ensure continuous improvement of Medicare claims data through root cause analysis of errors, recommendations for systems and procedure enhancements, and education and training as appropriate.
Develops and maintains market competitive compensation programs and pay practices, including base pay and additional pay components.This includes participating in, or initiating, surveys as appropriate.
Lead the creation of high-value business intelligence, collaborate with sales, service delivery and account management organizations, and travel as needed, local and overnight, around 80% regional travel weekly to the client location.
