In this role, you will manage large scale labeling projects for new and existing products. Maintain and apply current knowledge of FDA and state dairy regulations and act as resource to business partners related to regulatory label requirements.
Maintain comprehensive literature database to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of current clinical practices and research relevant to ACIST products. Maintain and disseminate summary information. Establish communication plan and contribute to materials on relevant clinical studies.
Design, conduct, analyse, and report data gathered from qualitative and quantitative research techniques including key-stroke level modelling (KLM), usability testing, contextual inquiry/field studies, surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluations, focus groups, card sorts, ethnography and persona development, and rapid iterative testing within an Agile environment.
In this role, the selected candidate fulfills the role as a technical consultant/troubleshooter when more generally defined analytical chemistry problems at R&D, plant, or QC labs are beyond scope of the plant/corporate personnel.
This position is key to scientific research and developing, updating and maintaining assessment tools, for all KF lines of business, from Search to Leadership and Talent Consulting, to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Futurestep).
