The Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal meets with clients, receives instructions, ensures necessary probate fillings are made, e-filling, briefs the Attorney, drafts documents and assists Attorney with getting ready for hearings.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with both law firm and corporate clients to assist with a variety of tasks, including assisting with discovery, trial preparation, litigation database management, and litigation strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for mergers and acquisitions transactions, for licensing commercial transactions and other corporate matters. In addition, candidates will have extensive experience with SEC filings, and form management.
This position is responsible for supporting attorneys with family and employment based immigration cases. Will respond to client emails, create client files, complete forms, communicate with clients, and maintain filings. May be assigned other office work as needed.

In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience to support Attorney who practices principally in the areas of real estate, business and finance law representing small to medium sized businesses and their owners, as well as real estate users, developers, investors, managers and syndicators.
Assists the attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing motions, complaints, briefs and other legal documents; and performs all types of legal support work assigned research as permitted by the rules of the State Bar.
